Order information
Na het plaatsen van een bestelling via onze website ontvang je direct een bevestigingsmail. Deze kan mogelijk in je spambox terechtkomen, dus controleer deze als je geen bevestiging in je inbox ziet. In de bevestigingsmail vind je je bestelnummer, waarmee je de status van je bestelling kunt volgen. Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een track & trace-nummer per e-mail. Houd er rekening mee dat dit proces in het weekend iets langer kan duren. Mocht je na één werkdag nog geen track & trace-nummer hebben ontvangen, neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice via WhatsApp op +31620245658

Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options, including parcel post and letterbox post.

Parcel post

  1. Geen eigen risico: globalsourcechemicals.com is verantwoordelijk als je pakket volgens de track & trace niet is bezorgd.
  2. Delivery to a collection point: You can choose to have your order delivered to a collection point.
  3. Track & trace: Always available.
  4. Monday delivery: Parcel post is also delivered on Mondays.
  5. Orders placed before 7:30 PM will be shipped the same working day.

Please note: You must be home to receive your shipment. If you are not home, you can pick up your package at the nearest collection point. We guarantee delivery to the collection point; after that, you are responsible for picking up your order yourself.

Letterbox post

  1. Op eigen risico: globalsourcechemicals.com kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor problemen met brievenbuspost.
  2. No option for pick up points.
  3. Limited track & trace: The first scan is always performed correctly, so you can be sure that we have sent the letter.
  4. No deliveries on Sundays and Mondays.
  5. Orders placed before 5pm will be shipped the same business day.

Advantage: You do not have to be at home to receive your shipment.

Shipping information

  • Parcel post: Orders via parcel post are shipped every working day at 7:30 PM.
  • Letterbox post: Orders sent via letterbox post are shipped every working day at 5:00 PM.

Alle bestellingen worden discreet verpakt. De enige informatie op de buitenkant is je adres en ons retouradres. Het retouradres is een postbusnummer (opvraagbaar bij onze klantenservice) en niet het globalsourcechemicals.com-logo.

Returns
You can use the PO Box that we put on every shipment to possibly return your product(s). Within 2 weeks of receipt, you can return unopened products for a full refund or exchange.

We pack the products in bags with different colors and contents:

  • Purple bag: 5 items
  • Blue bag: 10 items
  • Black bag: 25 items

Payment Methods
There is currently a problem with iDEAL, but you can still pay via bank transfer. Transfer the purchase amount to our account and mention the first digits of your order number as description.
